Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit real estate-related promotional videos (such as building introduction, on-site inspection, and surrounding environment)
Upload videos to audio and video platforms such as Xiaohongshu
Manage and operate the store's new media account (including content publication, responding to simple comments)
Familiar with the operation rules and video publishing skills of various platforms (such as tags, titles, cover design)
Simple tracking of video viewing and interaction data, providing optimization suggestions
Qualifications:
Tertiary education: Hold a bachelor's degree (consideration can also be given while studying)
One year of relevant work experience (shooting, editing or new media operations experience is preferred)
General Cantonese; able to read and write Chinese and English
Familiar with the daily operation and content publication of platforms such as Audiovisual Number and Xiaohongshu
Have basic shooting and editing skills (such as using CapCut, Premiere Pro or mobile editing App)
Those with basic knowledge or interest in the real estate industry are preferred
Working hours:
Working 1 day per week (Wednesday)
12 noon to 6 pm (a total of 6 hours)
Hourly rate: $80.00 per hour
