Business Development Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and implement the company's overall business development strategy, drive continuous revenue growth and market share improvement.</li><li>Actively seek new markets, new customers and business cooperation opportunities, expand the company's business map.</li><li>Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence research, understand industry trends and propose feasible entry or expansion strategies.</li><li>Lead commercial cooperation negotiations, establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure business development plans are smoothly implemented.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have more than three years of business development, market expansion or relevant work experience, those who successfully promote new business cases are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with business model design and market entry strategies, with excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.</li><li>Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental resources and establish external cooperative relationships.</li><li>Have independent work ability, clear logic, and be good at data analysis and report writing.</li><li>University degree or above, business management, marketing or Relevant professional background, those with international vision are especially good.</li></ul>
