Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for according to engineering design drawings and technical specifications, using AutoCAD and other professional drawing software to carry out architectural, mechanical and electrical or civil engineering related construction drawings, details and modification drawings, drawing and updating.
Cooperate with engineers and project teams, participate in drawing review, design coordination meetings, and adjust drawing content in real time according to on-site construction feedback or design change requirements.
Organize and archive each stage of the drawing versions to ensure that the drawing number, version control, and delivery process meet the company's quality management and project progress requirements.

Work requirements

Have at least 2 years of CAD engineering drawing practical experience, familiar with AutoCAD operations, and able to independently complete two-dimensional construction drawings; those with BIM basic knowledge are preferred.
Understand Hong Kong's commonly used engineering standards and drawing rules (such as HKIS drawing standards, the Housing Department's relevant guidance on the Buildings Ordinance), and be able to accurately mark dimensions, materials, processes and technical requirements.
Have good communication skills and team collaboration awareness, be able to clearly understand engineer instructions, and handle details and cross-departmental coordination matters with a professional and meticulous attitude.
Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to read technical documents and write concise pictorial instructions; understanding Cantonese is a basic communication requirement.
