Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist Customer Service/Marketing Department in implementing post-purchase support services

- Proactively understand parents/customers’ needs and follow up on their inquiries

- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential parents/customers

- Booking and handling parent/client inquiries: Handling phone, email and WhatsApp to schedule and confirm appointment times

Administrative support: Process and update electronic file records of written data, and assist with daily administrative work

We need you to have:

• Language skills: Have good Cantonese and English communication and writing skills (understanding Mandarin communication skills is preferred)

• Personal traits: Mature, organized, and polite, and able to handle multiple different tasks and jobs at the same time

• Skills required: Good communication skills, able to handle different and specific customer inquiries

• Work experience: Secondary Five education or above, with 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred), or with 1-2 years of reception/hotel work-related experience; those familiar with the education industry are preferred
