Store Sales Manager

-[Job Responsibilities] -

1) Properly greet customers and provide them with a high-quality shopping experience;

2) Promote product sales, work together with store partners to achieve the store's sales targets, while ensuring personal sales performance;

3) Complete in-store display updates, sanitation maintenance, product maintenance, etc. basic store operations;

4) Accept relevant training and examinations arranged by the brand headquarters and store manager;

5) Support the store manager in completing daily operations in the store.

1) Be enthusiastic to customers, good at expressing, confident and generous;

2) Have a certain sense of fashion and aesthetic matching ability;

3) Have self-regulation and stress resistance, and accept the competitive pressure of the retail industry sales position;

4) Have learning power, and be willing to learn (brand, product, etc. training materials, memorization).

1) Retail store sales experience of 1 to 3 years is suitable, 3 to 5 years is also acceptable;
