Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the market promotion and brand advertising of the company's products, planning and executing marketing activities that meet the target audience, and improving product awareness and market share.
Continuously maintain existing customer relationships, regularly track usage status and satisfaction, provide timely support and upgrade suggestions, and enhance customer renewal rates and long-term value.
In-depth understanding of customer business scenarios, actual needs, expected outcomes, and potential concerns, using customer-centric thinking for requirement analysis and problem clarification.
Based on the customer's specific situation, integrate the company's products and service resources, propose targeted, feasible and competitive solutions, and assist in completing the proposal explanation and negotiation process.

Work requirements

Have excellent Chinese and English oral and writing skills, be able to clearly express your views, accurately grasp the communication rhythm, and flexibly respond to different background customers' interactive styles.
Have at least 2 years of sales or marketing-related practical experience, familiar with B2B or B2C customer development and relationship management processes, and with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
Have basic market analysis and competitive intelligence, be able to cooperate with the team to formulate regional or industry-specific promotion strategies, and adjust execution methods appropriately to respond to market changes.
Proficient in operating CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and common office software (Excel, PowerPoint), with basic data sorting and presentation skills.
High sense of responsibility and stress resistance, good at time management and multi-task coordination, able to work independently or collaboratively across departments, and working together to drive project implementation.
