Branch Supervisor / Sales Executive

• Responsible for promoting music and art courses, actively developing potential customers and increasing the number of course registrants.

• Engage in the sales of musical instruments and related accessories, achieve personal and retail sales targets, and enhance performance.

• Provide professional musical instruments and accessories product information to customers, recommend suitable goods and course plans according to customer needs.

• Ensure high-quality customer service, properly handle inquiries, post-purchase support, and customer feedback, and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

• Applicants for the Branch Supervisor position are required to assist in the daily operation of the store, including personnel deployment, scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance monitoring.

Work requirements

1. Have sales or customer service-related work experience, and aspire to develop business promotion and retail management careers.

2. Interested in music or art education, familiar with musical instruments is preferred, and basic music knowledge is even better.

3. Have good communication skills and service enthusiasm, and be able to actively interact with parents, students and general consumers.

4. Applicants for the Branch Supervisor position must have retail management or business operation experience, and be able to lead their team to achieve their goals.

5. Can work on weekends and public holidays, adapting to the work rhythm of the retail environment.
