Job Description
Deputy Manager<br> Job Responsibilities <ul> <li></li> <li>Coordinate the work schedule and personnel deployment of the high-end server, server and reception (zhipa) team</li> <li>Monitor service quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and handle on-site customer complaints and emergencies</li> <li>Responsible for employee training, performance evaluation, and team morale management, promoting team professional growth</li> <li>Participate in the development of operating standards and service norms, and implement and review them for improvement</li> </ul><br> Work requirements <ul> <li>With restaurant industry management experience, those who have held positions such as director, minister or manager are preferred.</li> <li>Familiar with the floor operation process, including reception, ordering, customer service, and team coordination</li> <li>Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and emergency response abilities</li> <li>Able to adapt to shift work, working 10 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals), and 8 days off a month</li> <li>Emphasize service quality, sense of responsibility, and willingness to lead the team to achieve operating goals</li> </ul><br> Benefits <ul> <li>Provide MPF contributions</li> <li>Enjoy paid annual leave and statutory holidays</li> <li>Provide employees with meals</li> <li>Long-term service allowance</li> <li>Position allowance and performance bonus</li> <li>Promotion opportunities, welcome those who are interested in long-term development to join</li> </ul>
