Assistant Clinic Manager

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for blood drawing and injection procedures

• Handle outpatient reception, assist doctors with examinations, and be responsible for instrument cleaning and disinfection

• Follow up and remind patients of their consultation arrangements

• Handle patient appointments, inquiries, medical card registration, and medication dispensing

• Assist the doctor in performing small surgeries and treatment procedures

• Preference will be given to those with experience in assisting with washing wounds and removing stitches

• Responsible for patient registration, follow-up reports and hospital admission arrangements

• Assist the clinic in daily operations and general affairs

Requirements:

• Applicants with at least three years of clinic work experience are preferred

• Applicants with IVF center work experience are preferred

• Applicants with gynecological or specialist work experience are preferred

• Preference will be given to those with a first aid certificate and clinic work experience

• Preference will be given to those with a certificate in drug management

• Applicants with insurance processing experience are preferred

• Preference will be given to those with operational and management experience

Working hours and benefits:

• Working hours: 45-49 hours per week, public holidays off

• Benefits include: annual leave, paid sick leave, maternity leave, medical insurance, contract renewal, and incentives

Salary:
Monthly $26,000 – $28,000
