Retail Banking - Prestige Centre Manager

• Principal responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans for the platform sales staff and lead the team to achieve the assigned KPIs as well as direct them to maximize service quality and productivity

  • Identify potential customers and groom them into Prestige Banking customers to maximize the customer loyalty and satisfaction

  • Assist the District Branch Manager to manage and enhance capabilities/professionalism of the sales staff and provide coaching/support to them

  • Obtain customer feedback and handle complaints in a professional manner

  • Organize various promotional activities for acquiring new business

  • Keep abreast of latest compliance requirements and recommend remedial actions when necessary

  Requirements:

  • University degree in a related discipline

  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations

  • Proven experience of sales experience in banking industry

  • Good leadership and coaching abilities

  • Sound judgment and strategic planning skills

  • Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively

  • Able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations

  • Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment

  • Resilience to stress, able to unlock full potential and prepare for the future of work

  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a localized sales and market promotion plan for platform sales personnel, lead the team to achieve the specified key performance indicators (KPIs), and at the same time guide the team to improve service quality and work efficiency

• Identify potential customers and nurture them into high-quality wealth management customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction

• Assist regional branch managers in managing and improving sales team capabilities and professional levels, providing coaching-style guidance and support

• Proactively collect customer feedback and handle customer complaints with a professional attitude to ensure continuous optimization of the customer experience

• Plan various promotional activities to expand new business sources and enhance brand influence

• Closely monitor the latest compliance requirements, propose improvement suggestions and drive implementation when problems are discovered

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related sciences

• Must pass the insurance intermediary qualification examination or the Hong Kong Securities Professional Association licensing examination

• Have 5 to 10 years of banking sales work experience

• Have good leadership skills and coaching techniques, and be able to effectively motivate team members to achieve their goals

• Have stable judgment and strategic planning abilities, and be able to make appropriate decisions in complex situations

• Customer-centric, good at handling multi-level interpersonal interactions and needs

• Strong stress resistance, able to fully unleash personal potential, and actively face future work challenges

• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English writing and oral communication

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong
