Job Description
<p>Our FI client is looking for Admin. support candidate to join their Sustainability and Staff Activities Team with details as below,</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Assist in the coordination and logistics support for sustainability-related initiatives and staff activities</p><p>• Support the team in liaising with external parties such as suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts</p><p>• Provide on-site support during events and staff activities</p><p>• Prepare procurement applications for fund commitment</p><p>• Maintain filing records and supplier database</p><p>• Handle general administrative work</p><p>• Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language ("Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination</p><p>• At least 1 year's relevant experience preferred</p><p>• Versed with accounting / mathematics. Fluent Cantonese; and good command of English and Chinese</p><p>• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system</p><p>• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills</p><p>• Able to work under pressure and independently</p><p>• Willing to work outside normal office hours as required</p>
