Store Manager/Floor Supervisor/Server

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily floor operations, including scheduling employee shift tables, flexibly allocating manpower based on actual business needs, and ensuring stable service quality at various time periods

• Responsible for daily business settlement and log work, reconcile cash, electronic payment and sales invoices, and ensure accurate and error-free accounting

• Lead customer reception process, including greeting and seating, table management, sudden situation coordination and preliminary handling of customer complaints, and maintenance of brand service image

• Assist in training new employees, imparting service standards, communication skills, and crisis response procedures, and improving overall team execution

• Inspect the business area, monitor the degree of environmental cleanliness, equipment operating status and material reserve situation, and immediately reflect the need for improvement to the supervisor

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of front-line or floor management experience in the food and beverage industry, those who have served as waiters, floor assistants or similar positions are preferred

• Familiar with basic human resources operations, able to independently schedule appropriate shifts while balancing employee leave arrangements and operational needs

• Have basic financial awareness and numerical sensitivity, be able to clearly understand the business report, and be familiar with handling daily cash receipts and reconciliation processes

• Cantonese is the main communication language, with basic English conversational skills, and able to handle basic inquiries and ordering needs from foreign customers

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong
