Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Chinese noodle shop (mid-June business)
Responsible for daily front-of-house service in the restaurant, including greeting customers, seating them, taking their orders, serving their food, and processing their payments.
Proactively observe customer needs, provide appropriate assistance and suggestions, and enhance dining experience and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to complete opening, closing and various preparation and cleaning tasks during business hours, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
Support other positions flexibly according to the store's temporary arrangements, and demonstrate good team spirit and adaptability.

Work requirements

Have experience in floor service or bar work, familiar with the dining service process, and familiar with the dining service process.
Health and wellness, able to withstand standing work and light lifting, with basic sanitation knowledge and awareness of following rules.
Residence in the Cheung Sha Wan District or those with convenient transportation are preferred, and able to accommodate shift arrangements (including night shifts and holiday work)
