<p>Position name: Business Process Expert</p><p>Working model: Remote</p><p>Company type: web3 exchange</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Deeply understand the product logic and operation mechanism of each business line of the platform, and continuously track and update the business knowledge system.</li><li>Independent responsible for the landing implementation of new business in the customer service department, ensuring that the support process is smooth and the response is timely after the new business is launched.</li><li>Write, maintain and iterate standard operating procedures (SOP) and knowledge base documents to ensure content accuracy, usability, and compliance with actual needs.</li><li>Monitor and analyze core service indicators, and regularly output reports with business insights and actionable advice.</li><li>System collects and analyzes user voice (VOC), identifies key pain points in user experience, and collaborates with product, operations, and technical teams to drive improvements.</li><li></li><li>Collaborate closely with operations, product, and technical teams to continuously improve user experience.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor's degree or above, related major is preferred</p><p></p><p>• Able to work fluently in Chinese and English</p><p>• Candidates with business process management and optimization experience are preferred</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</p><p>• Able to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments</p><p></p>
