<div> <ul> <li>Provide professional Hong Kong identity application and immigration related services to customers, including policy interpretation and planning advice.</li> <li>Provide professional Hong Kong and overseas study planning services to customers.</li> <li>Assist customers in preparing relevant documents to ensure that all materials meet government requirements and are submitted on time.</li> <li>Follow up on customers’ identity and study abroad application progress, and communicate and handle problems encountered in a timely manner.</li> <li>Regularly study changes in Hong Kong and international immigration policies, and keep professional knowledge up to date and accurate.</li> </ul> <br> <ol> <li>Bachelor's degree or above, legal, international relations or Relevant professional background is preferred. </li> <li>Have good written and oral expression skills in Chinese and English, and be able to fluently perform bilingual work.</li> <li>Work carefully and responsibly, with a strong sense of service and team spirit.</li> <li>Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively respond to customer needs and questions.</li> <li>Preference will be given to those familiar with Hong Kong and overseas immigration and education systems.</li> </ol> </div>
