Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various types of offline and online promotion activities.

• Responsible for the preparatory work of the event, such as material arrangement, site decoration and coordination, guest and cooperative unit liaison and follow-up

• During the event, serve as a site support role, handle immediate situations, guide participants, collect feedback, and shoot record materials

• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional content and write simple copy, support social platform activity information update and interaction management

• Organize activity data and effectiveness report, including number of participants, interaction situation, media exposure, etc., and propose optimization suggestions

Work requirements

• Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to use Mandarin and basic English fluently for daily conversations and written communication

• Outgoing and proactive personality, sense of responsibility and service awareness, able to adapt to outdoor and changing work environment

• No restrictions on academic background, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply; no need for relevant work experience, the company provides on-the-job training

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, legally employed full-time or part-time, and meeting the local employment and visa requirements

• Able to cooperate with the office hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, and flexibly extend working hours or weekend support (subject to further negotiation based on actual needs)
