(Senior) Event Executive

• Work on exhibition and event projects.

• Develop project plan and coordinate withstakeholders ’internallyand externally.

• Ensure all projects are in line with the schedule and clients' requirements.

• Serve our clients on their project requests and to ensure their requests are solved effectively and smoothly.

• Manage project budget and quality.

• Diploma or above in any discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience and strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry.

• With exhibition or event project coordination experience will be an advantage.

• Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.

• Be innovative and resourceful.

• Fast learner and prepared to take up challenges.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English.
