Job Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and feedback, providing high-quality customer service support.
• Organize customer data and files to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support customer managers to complete daily affairs, including file preparation, meeting arrangements, etc.
• Participate in customer meetings and event planning, and assist in executing relevant event details.

Work requirements

• College students or recent graduates, majoring in finance, marketing or related fields are preferred.
• Strong interest in customer service and the financial industry, with basic industry knowledge.
• Proficient in using office software, including Word, Excel, etc., with basic data processing and word processing abilities.
• Have good learning and stress resistance abilities, and be able to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
