Project Manager (Luxury Retail Project Architect- HK/Shanghai Based)

• Lead/ assist project team from site survey, feasibility study, design development, tendering, site work to completion of the projects for the facade, millworks & fit-out works of luxury retail stores

• Prepare project planning & scheduling

• Manage and coordinate permitting and statutory matters, submissions, and approvals

• Handle production of drawings development and tendering documents

• Organise/ review/ approve shop drawings with the project team

• Control production quality on facade, millworks and fit-out site works

• Handle project administrations, payment certifications and project close out with external contractors/ suppliers/ quantity surveyor etc.

• Communicate seamlessly with the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or other related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the interior/ fitout industry (candidates with luxury retail stores experience would be considered first)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Revit, Rhino and SketchUp etc.

• Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English

• Attentive, positive, organized, responsible, committed, self-motivated, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong common sense

• Excellent communication & coordination skills, team player

• Traveling on business trips
