Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily office operations, including front desk reception, visitor registration, telephone transfer, managing meeting room reservation and use coordination, ensuring a clean and orderly office environment, and maintaining good communication with the cleaning team.
- Execute administrative tasks and internal coordination, draft daily notices and meeting minutes in Chinese and English, and complete the classification and archiving of electronic and paper documents; Assist in the planning and organization of internal company activities (such as subordinate tea breaks, holiday gatherings, employee training, etc.), and coordinate administrative needs between departments.
Work requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese, with good English reading and writing abilities, able to handle English business emails and files independently; Chinese expression is clear, with basic writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) office software, able to efficiently complete document formatting, data sorting and presentation slide creation; those with basic table processing or word processing experience are preferred.
- Careful and patient, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and able to flexibly respond to sudden administrative affairs in a fast-paced work environment.
- 1 to 2 years of office administration related work experience, those with local Hong Kong office procedures or workplace culture understanding are preferred.
- Passionate about administrative work, willing to develop long-term, with a learning attitude and team spirit.
