Private Assistant, Security and Administrative, $25-35K

Responsibilities

1. Household affairs assistance: Handle daily household administrative affairs

2. Technical support: Proficient in completing television channel switching, home electronic device installation and handling faults, understanding mobile data migration, backup and recovery, etc.
3. Administrative planning:Arrange the boss's business trip itinerary to ensure a smooth trip
4. Safety and protection: Responsible for the basic safety precautions of the boss's work and life, and assisting in handling emergencies
5. Other temporary assignments related to the job.

Job Requirements
1. Have IT basic knowledge, familiar with mobile phone data transmission tools, and be an expert in connecting, installing and troubleshooting home electronic devices such as televisions
2. Hold a valid security personnel license, have former security work experience, and have basic safety prevention awareness and the ability to handle emergencies
3. Careful and responsible, strong communication and coordination skills, good service awareness, sensitive reaction, and able to quickly respond and solve various needs
4. Can accommodate flexible work arrangements, those with administrative, technical support or personal assistant experience are preferred.
