Health products foreign trade document handler

Duties:
（Main） Familiar with the issuance process and requirements of Hong Kong origin certificate, free sales certificate (those who have operation experience are preferred)

2. Check the credit letter, export contract and related documents to ensure they meet the requirements of international trade;
3. Guide and review the preparation of invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and origin certificates;
4. Coordinate bank documents and wire transfers for settlement, and follow up on goods delivery status;
5. Manage document archives to ensure data integrity and traceability.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Business English, etc., is preferred;

3. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to handle complex international trade documents;
4. Familiar with international trade procedures and regulations, with excellent communication and coordination skills;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and able to maintain work quality under pressure
