Full responsibility for product operation and growth analysis of Web3 payment App, building and maintaining core indicator systems, continuously monitoring business health, and identifying key growth opportunities through data insights.
Lead the product iteration process through AB testing design, implementation and effect evaluation, ensure experimental scientificity and conclusion reliability, and drive data-driven product optimization.
Work closely with product, technology, operations and business teams to understand business requirements, provide real-time data support, and assist in the formulation of measurable business objectives and growth strategies.
Work requirements
Have 3 to 5 years of internet industry data analysis related experience, with rich C-end App product operation and analysis practice, familiar with the complete process from data collection, processing to analysis and application.
Proficient in SQL, with high efficiency in handling large-scale data; those with experience in data analysis tools such as Python or R are preferred.
Logical thinking is rigorous, good at structuring problem decomposition and attribution analysis, and able to independently complete high-quality and insightful analysis reports.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions, and placing importance on results and practical impact.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently connect with teams from different professional backgrounds (such as product, engineering, business, etc.), with empathy and cross-departmental push, and good at reaching consensus.
Strong learning ability, high curiosity about new fields, and strong interest in Web3, blockchain, and global payment fields are preferred.
Applicants with payment, finance, credit, etc. industry data analysis experience are preferred; those with startup company work experience are preferred; those who can use English as a daily working language are preferred.
