Financial advisor
Job Responsibilities

Provide professional and customized financial planning and investment advice to customers, covering savings, insurance, retirement planning, education funds, and asset allocation.
In-depth analysis of the customer's financial situation, risk tolerance, investment goals and life cycle stage, and formulation of a feasible long-term investment plan.
Introduce suitable financial products (including but not limited to linked investment insurance, unit trust funds, structured products, fixed deposits and foreign exchange services), and clearly explain the related risks and potential returns.
Continuously follow up on customer account performance and changes in their living situation, regularly review and adjust their financial planning strategies, and ensure that the solution meets their latest needs and market environment.
Participate in customer lectures, workshops and community promotion activities organized by branches or teams, enhance public financial awareness and institutional professional image.

Work requirements

Preference will be given to those holding a license recognized by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) and a license issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for Class 1 (Securities Trading) and/or Class 4 (Providing Advice on Securities); must complete the company's continuous professional development (CPD) requirements after employment.
Have at least two years of experience in banking, insurance or asset management industry in financial sales or customer consultation, familiar with local financial regulations and sales compliance processes (such as the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention and Control Ordinance, the Code of Conduct, etc.).
Having good communication skills and empathy, you can explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable way to customers of different backgrounds and build long-term trust relationships.
Have basic financial analysis skills, familiar with common financial planning tools (such as cash flow simulation, retirement gap calculation, risk assessment questionnaire, etc.), and able to write a concise financial planning report independently.
Proactive and goal-oriented, able to cooperate with the team to achieve business indicators while emphasizing integrity and compliance, and strictly following the company's internal risk control policies and regulatory guidance.
