Job Description

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and optimize existing procurement policies, guidelines, processes and procedures</li><li>Source and develop new suppliers to ensure a robust and competitive supply base.</li><li>Monitor market trends and price fluctuations, adjust procurement plans in a timely manner, and ensure the timeliness and quality of product supply</li><li>Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations</li><li>Perform analyses to pursue quality improvements, cost savings, and procurement opportunities</li><li>Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them regarding material costs, delivery performance, quality standards, etc</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualifications in Procurement, Business Administration, or related disciplines</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ working experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage or FMCG sector</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Familiar with procurement process and relevant laws and regulations, with good negotiation skills and business awareness</li><li>Good command of both spoken and written spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua</li></ul>
