Job Responsibilities:
• Actively communicate with enterprises and individual customers, introduce company products and services
• Assist customers in solving their doubts and provide professional product advice
• Collect market information and customer feedback to improve service quality

• Good communication and expression skills, able to communicate in Cantonese
• Active, patient, and team-oriented
• Willing to learn financial product knowledge and accept on-the-job training
