Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Supervise and train subordinate staff to enhance team performance and service standards.

  • Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations to maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Assist in setting business goals and drive sales performance.

  • Ensure the store complies with 5S management standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience; background in Western or Southeast Asian cuisine is preferred.

  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic restaurant operations software.

  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Basic documentation and computer literacy.

  • Valid Hygiene Manager/Supervisor certificate is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated team leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service mindset.
