Job Responsibilities
Multinational recruitment experience responsible for company human resources-related affairs planning and execution, including recruitment, onboarding, resignation, transfer, etc. Full process management
Assist in the formulation and improvement of human resources management systems and processes, improve organizational operating efficiency and employee satisfaction
Position planning and recruitment, talent pool/map building, coordinate internal and external resources, promote organizational capability improvement Execute performance management process, assist various departments to complete evaluation and assessment, and provide subsequent improvement suggestions
Company culture construction, building a learning organization, handling employee relations matters, including labor and management communication, discipline management and policy consultation, and maintaining a good working atmosphere.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, business management, psychology or related professional preferred
Have at least 3 years of human resources-related work experience, familiar with recruitment, training, performance and employee relations modules,
Familiar with labor laws and employment regulations, able to handle personnel compliance matters independently, and ensure the company's legal operation Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively interact with employees at all levels, and solve practical problems
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems, those with data analysis skills are preferred
