Full-time store assistant ( causeway bay)

## Main work responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Warm reception: Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, professional service to create a positive shopping atmosphere.

• Professional consultation:Answer customer inquiries aboutBaking materialsandBaking toolsQuery according to customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Cashiering and settlement: Proficient in operating POS cash register systems, accurately handling cash, credit cards and electronic payment settlements, and ensuring no errors in accounts.

2. Inventory & Merchandising

• Stocking shelves: Responsible for daily new arrival goods counting, unpacking, labeling and shelving work.

• Product display: Keep shelves clean and goods neatly arranged, ensuring that price tags correspond to goods.

3. Store environment and sanitation maintenance (Store Maintenance & Hygiene)

• Daily cleaning: Responsible for daily cleaning and disinfection of the store, shelves, cash register and packaging area.

• Environmental control: Monitor the temperature and humidity in the store and report any abnormalities in a timely manner.

4. Team collaboration and other support (Teamwork & Other Duties)

• Inventory work:

• Reflections: Timely feedback to the store manager on customer comments, hot-selling goods out of stock or slow-moving goods situation.

• Complete tasks assigned by the store manager or the company, such as other temporary and reasonable work.

## Job Qualifications and Requirements (Requirements)

• Basic conditions: Have secondary five/high school education or above, those with retail or customer service experience are preferred.

• Professional interests: ToThose with strong interest in baking or basic baking knowledgeWill be given priority.

• Core competencies: Have good communication skills, service attitude, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.

• Language skills: Good Cantonese/Mandarin communication skills, basic English understanding is preferred.

Benefits: Junior $14,000 - $16,000 per month,

Senior $15,000 - $17,000 per month,

Monday to Saturday 11:30 am to 8:30 pm, Sunday 11:30 am to 7:00 pm. Monthly 6 days off (additional labor leave), rotating days off, working 7.5 hours - 9 hours per day
