What You'll Do:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, maintaining our high standards in brand presentation and customer experience.
Implement operational procedures and marketing initiatives while leading your team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure every customer interaction, whether in-store or online, reflects our commitment to excellence and resolve any concerns promptly.
Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews, handle inventory and cost control, and use data analysis to drive decisions.
Work closely with the Store Manager to keep everything running smoothly and address challenges quickly.
Who We're Looking For:
Under 45 with a polished presence and proven management experience at a similar level.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin—all three are essential for this role.
At least 10 years in luxury retail, ideally with jewelry experience.
Additional languages like Southeast Asian languages, Japanese, or Korean are a significant plus.
A strong team builder and communicator who thrives under pressure and handles demanding workloads with grace.

• More than 10 years of high-end retail experience, those with a background in jewelry are given priority.
• If you have multiple language skills such as Southeast Asian languages, Japanese, Korean, etc., you will receive special bonus.
