Solutions Manager

Position name: Solutions Manager
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to analyze customer needs and develop customized software solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end solution design process, including requirement collection, prototype design, and solution demonstration.
• As a technical consultant to customers, solve technical problems and propose value-oriented solutions.
• Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with key stakeholders in the government and public sector.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, product demonstrations, and related documents to support business expansion.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market competition dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 5 years of software solution, pre-sales or technical consulting related work experience.
• Must be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Applicants with government industry customer service experience are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, expression skills, and project management skills.
