AI toy development buyer (Merchandiser) needs to work in Shenzhen or Zhuhai

2. Conduct market research on AI toy trends and consumer demand, combine industry trends to develop product plans, and continuously optimize product functions and experiences.

3. Collaborate with design, technical, and production teams to solve technical and quality control issues during development, and control product quality, delivery dates, and costs.

4. Follow up on market feedback after product launch, accumulate experience, and provide data support for product iteration.

Basic employment requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, toy design, supply chain management, etc. Relevant professional is preferred.

2. Have at least 5 years of experience in smart toys/electronic toys development and purchasing.

3. Familiar with the core technical characteristics of AI toys, familiar with the toy industry supply chain resources, and able to independently develop suppliers.

4. Strong cost control awareness, outstanding business negotiation skills, numerical sensitivity, and the ability to accurately calculate product costs and profit margins.



6. Strong stress resistance, clear logic, and ability to independently push complex product development to completion.
