Customer Service Internship

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries and following up on documents, providing professional, friendly and timely customer service support

• Participate in financial industry-related license exam preparation and onboarding training courses, including regulatory compliance, product knowledge, and service processes, etc.

• Assist with daily customer file processing, data input, and system updates to ensure information accuracy and confidentiality

• Support front-line service work as needed, including telephone hotlines, meetings and customer reception

Work requirements

• Have fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills, and be able to clearly express and write professional documents in three languages

• No relevant work experience is required, fresh graduates and students on internship are welcome to apply; with basic computer operations and MS Office application skills

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local financial institution license application qualifications and background check requirements

• Have good service awareness and team spirit, and be able to adapt to flexible working arrangements

• Support flexible work hours, with daily working hours from 9 am to 12 pm, and the actual number of working days can be adjusted according to the internship plan agreement
