It now sincerely invites an operations director with sports industry operating thinking to coordinate the whole process of business management, promote the brand to continue to develop in Hong Kong, and explore the sports services market with the team.
Core responsibilities
1. Coordinate the company's basketball/volleyball training business operations, establish standardized processes for course sales, student services, and coach management, and ensure teaching quality and customer experience.
2. Responsible for sports events, cross-border exchange matches between the mainland and Hong Kong, corporate/community activities, including resource matching, execution control, cost accounting, to ensure the smooth completion of the event and achieve the performance target.
4. Manage the local team (coaches, logistics, sales), responsible for on-the-job training, performance evaluation and motivation, and building an efficient execution sports service team.
5. Interface with Mainland and Hong Kong local communities, schools, enterprises and other cooperation partners, expand business channels, maintain cooperative relations; ensure that all operating behaviors comply with Hong Kong local laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
1. Have 3 to 5 years of sports industry/training institution/events planning and operation management experience, familiar with the Hong Kong local sports training market or event planning process, those who are familiar with the Hong Kong local sports training market or event planning process are preferred.
2. Able to independently complete event planning, budget control, and on-site execution, those with sports training course operation and student management experience are preferred.
3. Fluent in Cantonese, basic communication skills in Mandarin/English, and good at communicating and coordinating with customers, partners, and teams.
4. Have strong execution and problem-solving abilities, be able to withstand work pressure, and be suitable for the fast-paced work mode of the sports industry.
5. Familiar with Hong Kong labor law, basic rules of business operations, basic data analysis and cost control awareness.
6. Educational qualifications are not limited, practical operating experience is preferred, and those holding sports-related qualification certificates are given additional points.
