Fashion sales consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily sales at the brand counter in the URBANHOOD shopping mall in causeway bay, actively greet customers, understand their needs and provide professional fashion styling advice, especially focusing on coordinating accessories and clothing to enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Deeply understand brand philosophy, seasonal product series, fabric characteristics and design stories, and communicate brand value to customers in a confident and infectious way, assuming the role of brand image ambassador.

• Execute store display planning and maintenance to ensure product display meets the brand's international visual standards, maintain a clean and beautiful display in the showcase, island and wall, and ensure smooth flow of customers.

• Assist the store manager in completing daily sales goal tracking, sales data analysis, and customer feedback report, and actively participate in team sales strategy discussions and execution.

Work requirements

• Hold a high diploma or associate degree, have basic business knowledge and service awareness, and be willing to continue learning fashion industry trends and brand update knowledge.

• Fluent in Cantonese (essential), Mandarin and English at a general communication level, and able to handle basic consultation and sales interaction with local, domestic and overseas customers.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid "High Talent Pass", "Outstanding Talent Pass", "IANG", dependent visa or other legal work permit; able to accommodate shift arrangements, with daily working hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (or shift 1:00 pm-9:00 pm/10:00 am-9:00 pm, including lunch break).
