[Job Offer] Full-time / Part-time Chef (Kowloon Tong New Store)

We are a new type of Cafe that combines pet grooming and high-end dining. We are currently recruiting culinary partners who are passionate about light food plating and attention to detail. If you enjoy creating visually and gastronomically pleasing IG-able food, we welcome you to join us.

Salary and benefits

Full-time monthly salary: $18,000 - $23,000 (depending on experience and technology)

Part-time hourly rate: $70 - $90

Generous benefits: Including employee meals, 6 days of monthly holiday, 7 days of paid annual leave, and statutory holidays

Job Responsibilities

Light food and dessert making: Responsible for making Croffle (such as Tiramisu, Matcha-shaped), French toast, Basque cheesecake and pudding plating.

Hot food preparation: Making simple Pasta and plating

Kitchen Management: Responsible for daily food ordering, inventory management, and maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards.

Position requirements

Technical requirements: Have basic Western cooking experience, familiar with slow cooking, spaghetti emulsification (Emulsification) and basic baking processing.

Attitude: Punctuality, sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain stable dining quality during busy periods.

Location: Kowloon Tong (near MTR station, convenient transportation)

Time: 0900 AM - 0700 PM
