Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Represent the brand professionally at various events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage with attendees and generate interest in products or services.
Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items while clearly communicating key brand messages and value propositions.
Assist with on-site event setup, logistics coordination, signage placement, and post-event breakdown as directed by the event manager.
Interact with customers in a friendly, approachable manner—answering basic questions, collecting contact information, and qualifying leads for follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance metrics, lead capture data, and feedback for reporting to marketing or campaign managers.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or event support, is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse audiences in dynamic environments.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable—comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic familiarity with brand guidelines and willingness to follow scripted talking points or training provided prior to events.
Valid ID and eligibility to work in the country of assignment; physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
