Work requirements: More than 2 years of relevant work experience, making special pastries; preparing ingredients, scooping and cooking fillings; purchasing ingredients, monitoring food inventory; compiling menus and designing dishes; monitoring food quality and sanitation; arranging manpower allocation and training employees; managing kitchen operations; supervising sous chefs or lower-ranking chefs.
