Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Supervise the quality and quantity of fresh vegetables entering the store, maintain good communication with suppliers, and ensure a stable supply that meets food safety standards.
Based on market demand and seasonal changes, develop promotion strategies and pricing schemes to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Lead and train sales staff, arrange shifts, guide employees to master product knowledge and service skills, and enhance team professionalism.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, promptly solving problems, and building a long-term loyal customer base.

Work requirements

Have at least two years of retail or fresh food industry-related work experience, those with management experience are given priority.
Familiar with vegetable types, preservation methods and market trends, and have a basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Proficient in communication and team building, able to effectively motivate employees to achieve sales targets.
Valid Hong Kong resident identity card, legally allowed to work in Hong Kong, understand Cantonese, and have basic computer operating skills are preferred.
