E-commerce operations
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation planning and execution of the company on major e-commerce platforms (such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.), including daily store management, product listing, page optimization, event planning and sales target achievement;
- Monitor and analyze platform traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, customer unit price, and repurchase rate, etc. core data, regularly output operation reports, and propose implementable optimization suggestions;
- Lead various promotional activities (such as Double Eleven, 618, Mid-year Grand Promotion, Platform Specials, etc.) in the design of promotion plans, resource coordination, execution and follow-up, and effect review;
- Collaborate with market, design, customer service and supply chain teams, coordinate the production of promotional materials, establish pre-sales consultation standards, and optimize post-sales problem handling processes to enhance user experience and brand reputation;
Work requirements
- Proficient in using business consultants, cicada mothers, Feigua data, Google Analytics, etc. data analysis tools, with the ability to independently interpret data and drive business decisions;
- Have good business sensitivity and user thinking, be able to accurately grasp the needs of the target audience, and transform them into effective product display, copywriting and conversion path design;
- Have cross-department collaboration and project push capabilities, be able to reasonably arrange priorities in a multitasking environment, ensure key milestones are delivered on time;
- Have basic English reading and writing abilities, be able to handle international platform backend operations and basic overseas customer communication; Cantonese fluent speakers are preferred, and those who can adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
