Senior stage audiovisual equipment rental and sales manager<div>Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for the overall project planning and execution of high-end stage audio and video equipment rental business, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Close communication with customers, in-depth understanding of their activity needs, and professional technical solution and equipment configuration advice.</li><li>Coordinate internal technical teams, logistics units and external partners, integrate resources to achieve project goals.</li><li>Manage the leasing contract process, including quoting, negotiation, contract signing and follow-up, to improve closing rates and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Track market trends and competitive dynamics, continuously optimize product portfolios and service models, and expand new customers and business opportunities.</li></ul></div><br><div>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have more than 5 years of experience in stage audiovisual equipment rental or related sales and project management, those who have successfully led large-scale event projects are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with the specifications and application scenarios of professional equipment such as sound, lighting, video, and LED screens.</li><li></li><li>Excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, allow you to effectively manage multiple project progress under high pressure.</li><li>Good writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, those with cross-border or cross-cultural cooperation experience are preferred.</li></ul></div>
