Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full spectrum of restaurant operations and business development, involving with the planning, budgeting, coordination and control.
  • Lead and manage the operations team to ensure consistent delivery of Michelin star level service standards across all areas.
  • Response on the company’s P&L by developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
  • Develop manpower plans for ensuring stable workforce. Provide coaching and mentorship to support long-term business growth.
  • Consolidate and analyze all sales data and operational reports aiming to formulate the business plan and drive sales performance.
  • Ensure the restaurant operation comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with culinary team and other stakeholders to plan and execute of promotions and other projects to enhance guests dining experience and satisfaction level.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of F&B management experience, with a strong background in upscale dining.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in high-end restaurant environments.
  • Experience in leadership roles within both multinational corporations and start-up environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations team to ensure that all departments continue to provide exceptional service that meets the Michelin-starred standard.
  • Full responsibility for the company's profit and loss statement, formulate and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, control costs and achieve financial goals.
  • Develop human resources planning to ensure team stability and capability, and provide training and guidance to support long-term business development.
  • Integrate and analyze sales data and operating reports, develop business plans and drive sales performance.
  • Ensure restaurant operations meet health, safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work closely with the chef team and other stakeholders to plan and implement promotional activities and projects to enhance customers’ dining experiences and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 10 years of restaurant management experience, with a background in high-end restaurant operations.
  • Have leadership experience in multinational corporations and start-ups.
  • Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
