Part Time Operation Assistant

<p><strong>Position: Part-time Operations Assistant</strong></p><p><strong>Working location: Qidu Cruise Terminal</strong></p><p>Daily work 6-12 hours; work 5 days a week; must shift work, shift time: 06:00 - 23:00. (Shift work within the time; depending on the actual time of the ship's arrival)</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Assist with daily operations of the cruise terminal;</p><p>· Assist in leading and managing part-time employees’ various affairs</p><p>· Provide assistance and services to travelers;</p><p>· Responsible for maintaining cruise terminal order and crowd management;</p><p>· Provide various concierge services;</p><p>· General administrative work, including data input, assisting in the preparation of work reports, etc.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Fluent in Chinese, English, and Mandarin communication and writing skills;</p><p>· Secondary 6 or above</p><p>· Able to operate MS Office fluently;</p><p><strong>· At least two years of customer service, hotel or travel service-related experience;</strong></p><p><strong>*** Welcome ~ Graduates, students, housewives apply ***</strong></p><p><strong>If you are interested, please WhatsApp 9086 9288 and contact Ms. Kwan</strong></p>
