Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Mandarin teaching work, according to students’ levels to formulate corresponding teaching plans.
Design and prepare relevant teaching materials and course content, and enhance classroom teaching effectiveness.
Regularly assess students’ language abilities and provide learning feedback.
Organize extracurricular activities related to language learning to stimulate students’ learning interest.
Maintain good communication with parents or other teachers, and promote students’ growth together.

Requirements:

Standard Mandarin is fluent and clear, with a natural and smooth tone.
Have good language expression and communication skills, and be able to effectively communicate knowledge.
Love the education industry, patient and strong sense of responsibility.
Applicants with relevant teaching experience will be given priority.
Able to adjust teaching methods flexibly according to students’ characteristics and adapt to the needs of different age groups.
