Responsible for the daily operation of multiple overseas social media accounts, including content publishing, comment replying, private message interaction, and maintaining a professional and intimate brand image.
Actively interact with fans, KOL/KOC and industry partners to build and cultivate an active overseas user community.
Monitor user feedback and public opinion dynamics, promptly handle negative information, and coordinate with the customer service team to solve user problems.
Regularly track key data indicators (such as fan growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversion effectiveness), write analysis reports, and propose specific optimization suggestions.
Through data insights, adjust content strategy, continuously improve overall social media marketing effectiveness, and maintain strategic competitiveness.
Monitor competitive product social media trends and industry success cases, draw inspiration and drive innovative practices.
Collaborate closely with design, video, product and sales teams to ensure cross-departmental content output is consistent and high quality.
Assist in planning overseas online activities, brand collaborations or product promotion projects, and expand the brand's influence in the international market.

Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, media, English, international business, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred, but those with excellent experience may have their academic qualifications relaxed.
At least 2 years of overseas social media operation experience, those with cross-border e-commerce, Internet or international brand background are preferred.
Proficient in English, able to use English as the main working language for content creation and communication; knowledge of other languages (such as Spanish, Japanese, German, etc.) is an added bonus.
In-depth understanding of the operation mechanism, algorithm logic and user behavior of mainstream social platforms overseas, and maintaining high sensitivity to platform changes.
Have excellent content creation skills and visual aesthetics, be able to independently complete content planning and use Canva, Photoshop, etc. tools to create basic design elements.
Have data-driven thinking, familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or other third-party analysis tools for data tracking and interpretation.
