Position: Full-time (SA) and Senior Sales Associate (SSA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, proactively answering customer inquiries

• Achieve store and personal sales targets

• Responsible for replenishment, shelf organization, and maintaining store cleanliness

• Ensure the store environment is good and consistent with the brand image

• Assist the store manager with daily operations and other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Secondary school education or above

• Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service ability

• Outgoing and proactive, like to communicate with customers from different backgrounds

• Self-motivated, hard-working, and service-oriented

• Good English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin

• Prioritization for immediate employment

Working location and time (shifts):

• Tai Koo Place (10:00 – 20:30)

• Working 8 to 9 hours a day
