Network Operations Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Remote troubleshooting and on-site handling of client-side network anomalies (such as connection interruption, bandwidth shortage, routing anomaly, VPN failure, etc.) to ensure service stability and availability.

• Based on the complexity of the problem, coordinate internal technical teams or third-party suppliers for upgrade support, follow up until the problem is completely solved and closed-loop recording is completed.

• Participate in the network planning, device deployment and online validation work of new projects, including the configuration, testing and document preparation of routers, switches, firewalls, etc. basic infrastructure.

Work requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or above, information technology, computer science, network engineering, etc. related majors are preferred; accept fresh graduates, but must have a CCNA or equivalent certification qualification.

• Proficient in TCP/IP protocol, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, ACL, QoS, etc. core network technologies, able to independently complete basic configuration and policy setting.

• Have excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and English oral expression skills, and be able to clearly communicate and collaborate with customers, partners and cross-functional colleagues on technical issues.

• Adapt to flexible work arrangements, including irregular on-site support, short-term business trips, and occasional emergency responses, with a sense of responsibility and stress resistance.
