Air conditioning engineering sales
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of commercial and residential air conditioning systems (including multi-split VRV/VRF, central air conditioning, split-type and ducted units), covering the entire process of project development, technical solution promotion, quotation preparation and contract signing.
- Collaborate with technical teams for on-site inspections, load calculations, and system configuration recommendations, providing professional solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory standards (such as the Building Energy Efficiency Ordinance and the Housing Department's guidelines).
- Regularly report sales progress, market dynamics and competitor information, and assist in formulating regional sales strategies and quarterly goal achievement plans.
Work requirements
- Have secondary five education or above, welcome fresh graduates with mechanical and electrical engineering, building services, engineering management or related associate degree/advanced diploma; those with air conditioning engineering sales experience will be given priority.
- Familiar with the Hong Kong local air conditioning equipment market, mainstream brands (such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Carrier, etc.), and common installation specifications, and those who understand the Housing and Construction Bureau and the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Bureau's relevant statutory requirements are preferred.
- Have basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity, be able to understand the principle of air conditioning system, pipe layout, power supply and energy consumption evaluation, and be able to effectively communicate with engineers and customers.
- Have good interpersonal communication skills and persuasion, be able to handle customer inquiries, price negotiations and objections independently, and have project-oriented thinking and contractual spirit.
- Must hold a valid Hong Kong driving license, be able to flexibly arrange on-site visits and cross-regional support; have fluent Cantonese communication skills, understand Mandarin and basic English as a plus.
