Purchasing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support supplier onboarding and maintain good relationships with telecom vendors.

• Help monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Generate invoices, perform auditing procedures, and manage dispute settlements to ensure billing accuracy.

• Manage bills and invoices, verify data accuracy, and revise errors as needed.

• Assist in preparing reports related to procurement activities and supplier performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and accurate pricing information.

• Maintain organized procurement records and customer account updates.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational skills are essential requirements.

• Strong interest in telecommunications and procurement processes.

• Basic understanding of data, voice communication services, or related technologies is an advantage.

• Good analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Strong team player with effective communication skills.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
