Regional operations

Duties:

1. Responsible for planning and executing market-oriented user growth activities, designing innovative operating solutions based on industry characteristics;

2. Complete the full process of capturing market hotspots to activity landing, with a focus on improving user activity and platform asset retention rate;

3. Coordinate technical, marketing, customer service and other departments to promote the localization of activity projects in target markets;

Requirements:

1. Education/Professional: Bachelor's degree or above, finance/economics/marketing related majors are preferred;

2. Experience: More than 5 years of operation experience, with a complete case of activity cycle operation;

3. Skills: Proficient in using Google Analytics and other data analysis tools, with a user segmentation and operational methodology;

4. Have excellent market sensitivity,

Able to quickly respond to changes in industry policies and adjust operating strategies;
